I. General provisions
- This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, process, and store personal data necessary for the electronic services provided via the website frux.org.pl (hereinafter: the Website).
- The Administrator of Users’ data is FRUX sp. z o.o. ul Biała 4 lok. 29 00-895 Warszawa, e-mail biuro@frux.org.pl (hereinafter: the Administrator).
- Personal data are processed in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to processing personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: the GDPR).
- The data collected by the Administrator will be:
- processed in accordance with the law,
- processed for clearly defined purposes and not subject to further processing incompatible with these objectives,
- substantially correct and adequate to the purposes for which they are processed,
- stored for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
II. The purpose and legal basis for data processing
- The Administrator processes personal data necessary to provide the Administrator’s services described in detail on the Website.
- Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- communication with the User after they send an inquiry e-mail to biuro@frux.org.pl
- communication with the User in response to an e-mail sent by them to provide them with the necessary information and to build positive and reliable relations with them, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- promotion by the Administrator of own products and/or services by directing marketing information (newsletter) electronically, provided that the User has agreed to receive such notifications via e-mail (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
- provide access to information about news from the industry directly related to the Administrator’s activity, provided that the User has consented to receive such notifications by e-mail (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
- In each of the above cases (item 2), providing data is voluntary, which means that the User can, but does not have to, contact the Administrator by e-mail. There is also a phone number on the Website, which is an alternative.
III. The period of personal data processing
Personal data will be processed for the period during which the person remains an active Customer of the Administrator or after the expiry of the contract for a given service if the person is still interested in using other services.
IV. Information about processing
Personal data, depending on the purpose of processing, will not be disclosed to third parties or partners of the Administrator.
V. Rights of Users
The User has the right to:
- request access to their data from the Administrator,
- żądania sprostowania Państwa danych osobowych,
- request the correction of their data,
- request the deletion of their data,
- request the restriction of the processing of these data,
- object to the processing of their data,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection as of the date of implementation of this Policy.
VI. Final provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy while ensuring that the rights of Users arising from these documents will not be restricted.
- Any changes in the Privacy Policy shall be notified to the User through an announcement on the Website.
